LN Davis Attention Homeowners: Received a letter from your insurance company referencing "Consent to Rate?" If yes, your homeowner insurance policy could go up as high as 250% over the highest filed rate in NC. Premium increases in the range of 25-70 % are more common & your only option is to sign the letter or you will be cancelled. You DO NOT want to allow your policy to be cancelled as that creates a serious hardship for any insurance agent to replace your coverage, especially if you have even one past claim. Call us TODAY before you sign, maybe we can help. 143 N Main Open 9-5 M-F 828-452-2876 LNDavis@LNdavis.com
